The Doberan Minster is a unique symbiosis of a high gothic cathedral building,based upon rench cathedral style and elements of other Hanseatic churches as well as influence by the building code of the Cistercians.We intend to bring out the cross space by divide into 2 zone.
1st zone,We light up column and continuing with 4 blue rib on vault.
2nd zone,We lighting up the ceiling & window’s arches to create rhythm.
1st zone
- Leading eyesight by both side vertical illumination from the bottom to the top.
- Continuing with 4 blue rib on vault.
- Ending up with glowing keystone at the top of the vault.
- Side arches illumination showing the service and also creating rhythm approaching to the Altar.
2nd zone (museum zone)
Bring out the Gothic architectural rhythm & Giving light to the art pieces as to be seen easily

Control atmosphere for calmly situation by lighting up the ceiling & window’s arches to create rhythm.
